- Join as trainee : salary - 10K to 15K
- Time period as trainee will be 1 year
- After one year he will be expert and salary will raise to 20K
- Job roles is to help experts and to learn from them
- Education needed : bachelor in any streams || ITI || diploma
expert
- Minimum 2 years of experience in detailing / Car PPF / wrapping / Car Accessories / Car Workshop
- Salary : 20K to 25K + incentives
- Growth : Promoted as master after 3 years
- Education needed bachelor in any streams || ITI || Diploma in automobile
Master
- Salary 45K + incentives
- Job roles to train experts, Franchise Partners
- To improve SOP
- To procure Tools / consumables to make quality and fast work process
- To have weekly online training program
- Growth : Promoted as studio Partner or Trainer
