Fortuner Hi-Res Audio Enhanced: A Revolutionary Sound Experience
In this blog, we’ll take you through an extraordinary audio upgrades journey for the Toyota Fortuner. Our goal was to create an immersive sound experience, rivalling high-end home theatres. With cutting-edge equipment and expert tuning, we achieved stunning result.
The Upgrade
To achieve this remarkable transformation, we added a Hi-Res Bluetooth source – Audison b-con, ensuring lossless audio transmission. This was paired with an Audison DSP amp featuring 14-channel output, providing precise control over the entire system. The speaker setup consists of front 3-way active speakers, rear coaxial speakers, and a slim active boot subwoofer. Additionally, a 4-channel amp was attached for last-row mid-speakers and a virtual woofer.
Expert Tuning
Thanks to Audison’s Accordo tuning software, we achieved Time Alignment, Gain Control, and Auto EQ. With crisp settings fully automatic, we obtained Harmon U and e curve certification. Six presets were created for diverse music genres and driving conditions. We also set the master input to flat EQ by doing De-equalization and phase setting on the input side. Final tuning was done with 10-band equalization, ensuring pure SQL setup as per the client’s needs.
