A Symphony of Color’s, Jaguar Flake Paint Job!
Introduction:
India’s first-ever flake paint job was achieved in the hands of our skilled artisans. Captivating the Nova Burst Mega Shift + Ovni Glitters design, this pioneering project that pushed the boundaries of innovation required detailed care, with a passionate pursuit for perfection.
The Challenges:
One of the biggest challenges we had on hand was to acquire the necessary Ovni Glitters, which do not exist in India. To that end, determination worked in our favour and ensured importation from the US so that the final output retained the integrity and quality it deserved.
The Process:
Our team worked through a very detail-oriented, multi-step process to achieve this beautiful paint job:
- Base Coat Application: The foundation for what was to be applied next was very precise in base coat.
- Mix and Spray Ovni Glitters: Mixed very well with the blender and was sprayed over the base coat giving a uniform sparkly effect.
- Apply Clear Coat: A clear coat was applied to protect the paint job and give it a glossy finish.
- Sand with 1500-Grit Paper: The clear coat was then sanded with 1500-grit paper to create a smooth surface.
- Additional Clear Coat and Polishing: A second clear coat was applied, followed by polishing to reveal the paint job’s full glory.
